Manuel is a rock solid Technical Designer who has no problem adapting to new situations. I was co-responsible for hiring him, and have been working alongside him on the same project in People Can Fly. In here I saw him quickly get familiar with all the new tools and new people, and take full ownership of the quest system. His documentation and communication skills are splendid and accompany his technical skillset quite well. Next to this, he’s just a nice and constructive person to talk to with an always good attitude. I hope to work with him again in the future, and recommend him to any future studios.

I have worked with Manuel for almost 6 months as a producer to Technical Level Design Team. During this time, he always displayed not only dedication to his tasks but also openness to feedback, excellent cooperation with other departments and simple kindness towards his co-workers. Manuel is not only a Technical Level Designer that will have his work done, he will also make sure that his designs and solutions are easy to understand and that he addresses the needs and/or feedback of other teams in a best possible way. Manuel will be a great addition to every project and team that values thoroughness, cooperation between departments, and a real team-player attitude.
